How Did This Accident Occur?
After years of litigating vehicle accidents, I can think of countless explanations for this crash, but I know enough to know that we don’t have enough information to know if this one was caused by a fatigued driver, a tire blowout or even an equipment malfunction.
It is best to remain open minded until authorities complete their investigation. That should give those affected by this crash what they need to know about what happened here. If not, the families may need to seek an independent investigation, with a fresh set of eyes.
