How Did This Accident Occur?
Most people who read about this crash would probably assume it was caused by driver error or fatigue. That is often in the case, in my experience, but the best way to sort out what caused this crash is to wait until the investigation is complete. That way conclusions can be based on facts, not assumptions.
Investigators will work to reconstruct this crash by poring over physical evidence, vehicle data, witness statements and any available video footage, while cell phone records could show what the driver was doing at the time. A forensic examination of the Lexus could be needed if authorities suspect a mechanical issue contributed to the crash.
A thorough investigation should provide those affected by this crash with a clear picture what happened on Brook Hollow Boulevard.
