Stonewall County, TX — November 18, 2023, one person was injured in a truck accident just before 2:30 in the afternoon along U.S. Highway 380.
According to reports, a 44-year-old man was traveling in a northeast bound 18-wheeler on State Highway 283 approaching the U.S. Highway 380 intersection when the accident took place.

The 18-wheeler allegedly disregarded the stop sign at the intersection and attempted to make a left turn onto U.S. 380 eastbound with too much speed. This maneuver caused the 18-wheeler to overturn onto its right side, coming to a stop facing east in the north ditch next to the highway.
The sole occupant of the vehicle sustained reportedly severe injuries as a result of the accident; he was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive immediate treatment.
