Spokane, WA — January 29, 2024, one person was injured in a truck accident shortly before 10:15 a.m. along West Geiger Boulevard.

Officials indicate that the collision occurred between the passenger vehicle and an 18-wheeler. The occupant of the passenger vehicle was reportedly entrapped in the wreckage and had to be extracted upon the arrival of emergency personnel. Once extricated, the victim was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive treatment for they injuries they incurred as a result of the accident. It is unknown whether or not the occupant of the 18-wheeler sustained any injuries.
