Palm Beach Gardens, FL — January 12, 2024, a woman was killed in a truck accident at approximately 1:15 a.m. along Florida’s Turnpike.
According to reports, a woman was traveling in a southbound Dodge Ram pickup truck on Florida’s Turnpike in the vicinity of Donald Ross Road when the accident took place.
An 18-wheeler was reportedly at a stop in the outside southbound lane of Florida’s Turnpike. Officials indicate that, with no apparent attempt to slow or swerve, the pickup truck allegedly collided with the rear-end of the 18-wheeler. The pickup reportedly became wedged beneath the trailer and caught fire as a result of the crash. The woman was declared deceased at the scene of the accident. No other injuries have been reported.
