Midland County, TX — December 20, 2023, two people were injured in a truck accident just before 7:00 a.m. along County Road 270.
According to reports, three people were traveling in a Ram 3500 pickup truck that had just made a right-hand turn from southbound State Highway 349 onto westbound County Road 270 when the accident took place.

The collision caused the pickup to overturn onto its left side. Both vehicles came to a stop with the front of the 18-wheeler pinning the roof of the pickup against a utility pole.
A 30-year-old man who had been a passenger in the pickup truck incurred suspected severe injuries, while A 30-year-old woman who had also been a passenger in the pickup sustained reportedly moderate injuries. Both were taken to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
