Dallas, TX — October 22, 2024, a woman was injured in a truck accident shortly before 1:00 p.m. along the Lyndon B Johnson service road.
According to authorities, a 33-year-old woman was traveling in a westbound Cadillac on the Lyndon B Johnson service road when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, allegedly due to mechanical problems, a Freightliner 18-wheeler with a trailer in tow was at a stop in the right of the two westbound lanes of the service road. A Kenworth truck was exiting a driveway and apparently had to make a turn into the left lane due to the Freightliner occupying the right lane. Reports state that the Kenworth was rear-ended by the westbound Cadillac for reasons yet to be confirmed. The woman from the Cadillac sustained reportedly serious injuries and was taken to a local medical facility for treatment.
