Arlington, TX — January 10, 2024, one person was injured in a truck accident just before 7:00 in the morning along Interstate Highway 20.
According to reports, a 19-year-old man was traveling in an eastbound Dodge Challenger on Interstate Highway 20 in the vicinity west of Collins Street when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, the Charger failed to slow for traffic conditions. This resulted in a collision with the rear-end of a trailer which had been in tow behind an 18-wheeler. Due to the crash, the 19-year-old incurred suspected severe injuries; he was transported to a local medical facility in order to receive treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
