Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
I’ve handled a lot of accident cases involving drivers who were under the influence. Sometimes, authorities will just file their charges and move on. At the end of the day, though, a serious accident requires a serious accident investigation. Making sure an allegedly impaired driver is held accountable is important, but there’s a family that deserves to know nothing important has been overlooked. A proper accident reconstruction helps to ensure the evidence can speak for itself.
