Accident Report

Greene County, IN — August 29, 2026, Timothy Graham and Carol Graham were killed and Calif Kelsaw Jr. was injured in a truck accident at about 10:20 a.m. on Interstate 69.

Authorities said a pickup towing a trailer crashed into a semi-truck parked in a construction zone near mile marker 93 south of Koleen, causing a fire and a hazardous material spill.

Pickup driver Timothy W. Graham, 77, and wife Carol A. Graham, 74, of Columbia City were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, according to authorities.

A construction worker, 29-year-old Fort Wayne resident Calif Abdullah Kelsaw Jr., was flown to an Indianapolis hospital with serious injuries after the crash, authorities said.

Authorities have not released any additional information about the Greene County crash at this time.
