Garland, TX — December 5, 2023, Thomas Walter Davis was injured in a car accident just before 4:00 in the evening along Crist Road.
According to reports, 72-year-old Thomas Davis was traveling in an eastbound Toyota Corolla on the Texas 190 service road at the Crist Road intersection when the accident took place.
For reasons yet to be confirmed, a southbound Ford Econoline Van which had been traveling on Crist Road entered the intersection in disregard of the indicated red light, resulting in a collision with the eastbound Corolla. Davis reportedly sustained suspected severe injuries as a result of the crash; he was transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive treatment.
Local authorities are investigating the cause of the accident. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time were reported to have been clear and dry. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time.
