When it comes to a crash like this, it can be important to follow up on what all authorities looked into during their investigations. When people are seriously injured, they’re not always in a place to speak to authorities at the scene. Police often follow up with victims later on, but sometimes things get lost in the shuffle, and authorities end up moving on before they’ve had a chance to really get any answers. I’m not saying that happened here, but anytime victims and families find themselves with doubts or feel things aren’t adding up, it may be time to consider alternative avenues to ensuring their side of the story is told.
