Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

The ages involved in this story certainly make things unusual, but the ages shouldn’t get in the way of a proper, thorough accident reconstruction. At the end of the day, the evidence should tell the story, and a driver’s age should only be considered a small piece of the much larger puzzle. If nothing else, the families involved here deserve to know they’re getting the whole story.
