Houston, TX — April 24, 2024, a teenage girl sustained injuries due to a hit-and-run accident at around 4:42 p.m. along Willowbend Boulevard.

Authorities said that the accident happened in the area of the Willowbend Boulevard and Manhattan Drive intersection.

According to officials, a 13-year-old girl was on a bicycle going along Willowbend. An eastbound Chevy Camaro struck the girl, then allegedly fled the scene. As a result of the collision, the girl was injured.

Harris County officials say they identified and charged the suspect hit-and-run driver. No further information is available right now.
