Accident Report
Smith County, TX — June 23, 2026, Tank Randell was injured in a single-vehicle accident at about 4:30 a.m. on F.M. 2015 north of Tyler.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2011 Infiniti G37 was heading south when it hit a culvert and crashed into a barbed wire fence.
Driver Tank Randell, 24, was seriously injured in the crash north of Donaldson Lane, according to the report.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Smith County crash at this time.
