Houston, TX — January 21, 2024, a woman was injured in a single-car accident shortly before 7:30 a.m. along West Sam Houston North Parkway.
According to reports, a 28-year-old woman was traveling in a northbound Toyota Corolla on West Sam Houston North Parkway in the vicinity of Mignon Lane when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, the victim may have been ejected from the vehicle during the incident. The Toyota reportedly veered left off of the roadway and collided with a sidewall of the Sam Houston Tollway. The woman incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the accident and was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
