Montgomery County, TX — August 17, 2024, a man was injured following a single-vehicle car accident shortly before 2:45 a.m. along Farm to Market 1484.
According to authorities, a 38-year-old man was traveling in a northbound Jeep Wrangler on F.M. 1484 in the vicinity south of the William Street intersection when the accident took place.

Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, the hood of the Jeep opened, blocking the driver’s view of the roadway and leading to a loss of control. The vehicle reportedly veered left, entering a roadside ditch and overturning.
