How Did This Accident Occur?

Most vehicles, even an almost 20-year-old minivan, don’t go off the road for no reason. Was the driver distracted, perhaps by a cell phone? Did another vehicle force the Caravan to leave the road? Did the van have an issue with its brakes or steering mechanism? I don’t know the answer to these questions, which is why a thorough investigation of this crash is crucial.

Authorities should keep these questions in mind as they probe this crash, digging into evidence from the scene, witness accounts, data from the van and any available video footage to piece together why the Dodge left the road and crashed into a fence. The driver and her passenger deserve to know as much as possible about while happened while they recover from their injuries.
