San Antonio, TX — April 10, 2024, Shashidhar Siddagangaiah and one other were injured following a car accident at around 10:00 p.m. along Westover Hills.
Investigators said that the accident happened in the area of Westover Hills Boulevard and Hunt Lane.
According to officials, 50-year-old Shashidhar Siddagangaiah was in a Toyota Camry going northbound on Hunt Lane. At Westover Hills, a southbound Ford F-150 somehow crossed into oncoming lanes, crashing into the Camry and a Toyota Tundra.
Due to the accident, Shashidhar Siddagangaiah had serious injuries. The Ford driver had moderate injuries. Authorities did not release additional details about the accident.

I have to wonder if authorities ever dug into the details of what went wrong here instead of just giving the incident a once-over before moving on. A vehicle losing control like this could be something as simple as distracted or drunk driving or something unusual like a medical condition or a vehicle defect. People deserve to know they’re getting the full story after a crash like this, and preliminary details like these aren’t always telling the whole story.
