Houston, TX — August 14, 2025, Shalee Hindes and three others were injured following a car accident at around 9:39 p.m. on Crestbrook Drive.
Investigators said that the accident took place in a neighborhood in southeast Harris County off the corner of El Dorado Boulevard and Hickory Knoll Drive.
According to officials, 32-year-old Shalee Hindes was in a Ford Taurus going southbound along the roadway. A Chevy Silverado was going westbound. The vehicles crossed paths and collided.
Due to the accident, Shalee Hindes was seriously injured. Two passengers in the Ford and the driver of the Chevy had non-life-threatening injuries. At this time, no further information about the crash is available.

With any serious car accident, it’s important to ensure all factors are being thoroughly considered. Too often, people will just assume authorities have everything handled, and that’s that. I’ve seen first-hand, though, how authorities can treat serious accidents as a low priority, allowing important details to slip through the cracks. That’s why it’s important for folks to consider if they’re getting clear answers from authorities. If they’re not, it may be time for more thorough independent investigators to step in and pick up the slack.
