Montgomery County, TX — July 11, 2025, Sebastian Morua was killed following a work accident which took place off of Kingston Cove Lane.
Initial details about the accident say that it took place in the 7000 block of Kingston Cove Lane, on the east side of Lake Conroe near FM 830.

It’s not unusual for a public OSHA statement to be so sparse. The concern, though, is when families end up just as empty-handed as the rest of us. They’re the ones who really deserve answers. Not only was it their loved one who was lost, but they have to navigate Texas work fatality law, which is more complex than in any other state in the union. It’s a legal maze families can successfully navigate, but it takes a clear understanding of the facts and legal tools that a basic OSHA investigation isn’t likely to provide on its own. So while I certainly hope more has been done behind the scenes to get answers for and prepare this worker’s loved ones, it’s just not something anyone should take for granted.
