Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

Despite OSHA saying there was a serious violation found in their investigations, there’s likely a lot more to the story. Texas has uniquely challenging work fatality laws, and OSHA reports are usually just a small part of the larger process workers families have to go through to get a proper resolution. That’s why it’s always important families have allies putting their needs first and working toward a fair resolution.
