Sean McKinley, 1 Injured in Car Accident in Cedar Park, TX

Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a southeast bound Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck occupied by a 45-year-old man on Bell attempted a left turn onto northeast bound Cypress Creek Road at an apparently unsafe time, failing to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic during a left turn. This resulted in a collision between the front-right of the Ford and the right side of the Dodge. The collision caused the Dodge to go into a northward spin, resulting in a secondary collision with a Toyota Camry that had been at a stop facing southwest at the intersection.

McKinley incurred reportedly severe injuries as a result of the wreck. The man from the Dodge also suffered moderate injuries, according to reports. They were each transported to local medical facilities by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.

Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
