Wichita Falls, TX — September 18, 2025, Sarah Anderson was killed as the result of a pedestrian accident around 4;00 a.m. along Central Freeway.
Preliminary information about the accident says that it happened on I-44 between Old Iowa Park Road and US 287.
According to officials, 35-year-old Sarah Beth Anderson was on foot at the time along the southbound side of the interstate. While there, a Chevy Trailblazer somehow struck Sarah Anderson.
Due to the collision, Sarah Anderson was killed. No other injuries were reported. Additional details about the accident are unavailable.

When it comes to pedestrian accidents, people tend to jump to conclusions. That’s especially true along a major roadway. That said, a fatal accident needs thorough, careful investigations that consider all possibilities. Jumping to conclusions won’t do any good—least of all for the victim’s loved ones.
That’s why it’s important to follow up with authorities early and often. If it seems like they’re getting clear answers, that’s good. If not, then it may be necessary for independent investigators to step in.
