Accident Report
Polk County, TX — May 3, 2026, Samantha Moore was killed and another person was injured in a dump truck accident at about 3 p.m. at NE 56th Street and NE 94th Avenue.
Authorities said a car and a dump truck collided at the intersection west of Bondurant.
Both women in the car suffered serious injuries in the crash, according to authorities. The driver, 19-year-old Ankeny resident Samantha Moore, died after being flown to a nearby hospital, while the passenger was transported by ambulance.
The dump truck driver was not injured, authorities said.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Polk County crash at this time.
