Tarrant County, TX — October 11, 2024, Salnisea Yazzie was injured in a single-car accident just before 2:15 a.m. along NW 25th Street.
According to authorities, 22-year-old Salnisea Yazzie was traveling in a westbound Acura on 25th Street approaching the Pearl Street intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the Acura failed to safely maintain its lane of travel. It apparently veered to the right, leaving the active lane of the roadway and side-swiping an electric pole, coming to a stop only after crashing into a second pole.
Yazzie incurred serious injuries as a result of the wreck; she was taken to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
