Wescosville, PA — April 23, 2026, Ryan Gretz was killed in a truck accident just before midnight on Interstate 78/Walter J. Dealtrey Memorial Highway.

Authorities said a car and a semi-truck collided near mile marker 54 in Lower Macungie Township.

The driver of the car, 22-year-old Coopersburg resident Ryan W. Getz, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, according to authorities. His 21-year-old passenger was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.

The truck driver was not injured, authorities said.

Authorities have not released any additional information about the Lehigh County crash at this time.
