Accident Report
Denton County, TX — February 28, 2026, Ron Morehead was killed in a single-vehicle accident at about 2:10 a.m. on Sam Reynold Road.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2007 Toyota Tacoma was heading north toward Melissa Drive when it left the road and crashed into a tree.
Driver Ronald Morehead, 51, was seriously injured in the crash near Justin, according to the report. He died at a local hospital on March 26.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Denton County crash at this time.
