How Did This Accident Occur?

When it comes to rollover accidents, finding out the cause of the crash is often just half the story. It’s also important to determine the cause of the victim’s injuries. Let me explain.

Too often, I see authorities overlook the fact that a lot of rollovers should be survivable. The problem is that some manufacturers skimp out when it comes to rollover protection, so there are some vehicle models out there which fail to meet modern safety standards. If that leads to someone’s death, evidence may show that it wasn’t the crash itself that caused a victim’s injury or death but rather the vehicle’s poor construction or design.

Is that something that investigators are looking into here? If not, they might miss something important.
