San Bernardino County, CA — November 21, 2025, one person was killed and one was injured following a rollover accident around noon on I-15.
Initial details about the accident say that the crash happened at the Bailey Road exit a few miles west of the Nevada state line.
According to officials, two people were in a pickup truck going northbound along the interstate. The vehicle somehow lost control, and it overturned repeatedly along the roadway.

My concern with single-vehicle accidents is they don’t often get the attention they deserve. Authorities sometimes jump to conclusions instead of letting the evidence speak for itself. That’s why it can be important to follow up with authorities early on in their investigations. If it seems like their focus is too narrow, there might need to be independent accident reconstructionists stepping in to pick up the slack and make sure nothing important slips through the cracks. It would be unusual if that proved necessary here.
