Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

Folks tend to think single-vehicle wrecks are straight forward since there’s only one vehicle involved. In reality, these situations can be incredibly complex, and they often require thorough accident reconstructions. Was there a mechanical defect? Debris in the road? Issues with the design of the road or signage and lighting? Was someone illegally over-served by a bar? Did they suffer a medical emergency? If authorities haven’t answered these questions, then they may not be getting the whole story.
