Robert Chisolm, 2 Injured in Motorcycle Car Accident in Waco, TX

Reports state that the motorcycle had a green light at the intersection at the time. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, an eastbound Mercury Grand Marquis occupied by a 30-year-old man and a 41-year-old man attempted a left turn onto northbound New Road at an apparently unsafe time, failing to yield the right of way with a blinking yellow arrow from the traffic signal. This resulted in a collision between he front-end of the motorcycle and the back-right side of the Grand Marquis.

Both Chisolm and the woman who was a passenger on the motorcycle suffered reportedly severe injuries as a result of the wreck. The 41-year-old man from the Grand Marquis received moderate injuries, as well, according to reports. They were each transported to local medical facilities by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
