How Did This Accident Occur?
Most people who read about this accident probably would assume driver error or fatigue caused this crash. That may prove to be true, but in my experience a full investigation is needed so any conclusions about what happened on County Road 127 can be based on facts, not assumptions.
Authorities will gather those facts by scrutinizing physical evidence, witness statements, vehicle data and any available video footage. Cell phone records could show if the driver was texting or interacting with an app at the time, but a forensic examination of the Nissan should be done if investigators suspect a mechanical issue contributed to this crash.
The investigation should answer any lingering questions the Nissan driver and his family have about this accident.
