Sabine County, TX — December 24, 2023, Richard Dominey was killed and three people were injured following a car accident at around 7:25 p.m. on F.M. 201.
Authorities said in their statements that the crash took place at the intersection of F.M. 201 and U.S. Highway 96.
Investigators said that 54-year-old Richard Dominey was a passenger in a Chevy Tahoe which was going westbound along F.M. 201. At the T-intersection with U.S. 96, the vehicle somehow continued straight off the side of the road where it crashed into a group of trees.
Due to the collision, Dominey sustained fatal injuries. The other three people in the vehicle apparently had moderate injuries. Right now, additional details about the cause of the crash remain unconfirmed.
