Live Oak County, TX — July 7, 2026, Reyes Moreno was killed in a car accident at about 5:10 a.m. on Interstate 37 south of Oakville.
Authorities said a southbound 2025 Toyota RAV4 struck a pedestrian who was walking in the road north of County Road 304.
The pedestrian, 71-year-old San Antonio resident Reyes Moreno, died from injuries suffered in the crash, according to authorities.
The Toyota driver, a 37-year-old man, was listed as possibly injured, according to a preliminary accident report.
