UPDATE (March 8, 2024): The woman who lost her life as a result of this accident has been identified as 19-year-old Rashida Abdulrahman. There was also mention from police that alcohol may have played a role. If that’s true, then did authorities also look into where that alcohol came from? People tend to put all of the focus on the crash scene itself, but there may be a 3rd party to all of this responsible for contributing to someone losing their life.
Dallas, TX — February 26, 2024, one person was killed in a pedestrian versus car accident at approximately 4:00 a.m. along Interstate Highway 30.
According to authorities, the accident occurred on I.H. 30 in the vicinity of St. Francis Avenue.
The causal factors that led to the accident are still unclear. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle. The pedestrian incurred reportedly fatal injuries as a result of the crash. No other injuries have been reported.
