Fort Worth, TX — July 17, 2026, Rachel Davis was killed in a car accident at about 8:40 p.m. on East Lancaster Avenue/State Highway 180.

Authorities said a 2004 Cadillac Escalade hit a pedestrian while turning left near Ward Avenue.

The pedestrian, 57-year-old Rachel Davis, died after being transported to a nearby hospital, according to authorities.

The Cadillac driver, who allegedly failed to yield while speeding, was charged with manslaughter after the crash, authorities said.
