Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

Generally speaking, an emergency vehicle with lights and sirens on should be as visible and avoidable as a vehicle can get. That said, it’s always important to know the whole story. Instead of jumping to conclusions, there should be a full accounting of the facts surrounding this crash, including unusual possible factors that a typical crash investigation might overlook. Only then can anyone make a proper conclusion.
