Boca Raton, FL — April 11, 2025, at least three people were killed and one was injured following an airplane crash that happened along Military Trail.
According to current statements in the news, the crash happened near the Boca Raton airport at around 10:20 a.m.
Details at this time say that a Cessna 310 had taken off from the airport on its way to Tallahassee. Shortly afterward, witnesses say the plane began to circle, then went down and crashed onto Military Trail. The plane hit a car in the process.
As a result of the accident, reports say three people were confirmed dead. The person in the car had non-life-threatening injuries. Right now, the cause of the accident remains unconfirmed, but possible mechanical issues were mentioned.

Plane and helicopter crashes have been making the news a lot this year, unfortunately. At the end of the day, though, the evidence is what needs to tell the story. Officials are no doubt going to put the details in the right hands, but my concern is whether they’ll take the time to keep the victims’ loved ones in the loop as the investigations continue. That could be vital for them going forward.
