Wimberley, TX — December 26, 2023, a man was injured in a single-vehicle pickup truck accident at approximately 4:30 p.m. along Pump Station Road.

According to reports, a 32-year-old man was traveling in a southbound Ford F-150 on Pump Station Road in the vicinity a little less than a quarter of a mile south of the Longhorn Trail intersection when the accident occurred.

Officials state that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, the pickup truck failed to safely maintain its lane of travel. It allegedly veered left, crossing the center line and over the northbound lane of traffic before leaving the roadway where it ultimately collided with a tree.

The man—who had been the sole occupant of the pickup truck—incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the wreck. He was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive treatment.
