Bee Cave, TX — August 12th, 2024, Peter Merritt was injured following a car accident at around 4:24 P.M. on Ranch Road 620 South.
An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person injured during the afternoon hours of August 12th. According to official reports, Peter Merritt was travelling on a Honda Motorcycle on Ranch Road in the northbound lanes, when a Lexus coming from the rear pulled in front of Merritt and reportedly brake checked him, causing an accident.
As a result of the impact, both vehicles sustained significant damage. When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Merritt had been ejected from the motorcycle and sustained serious injuries and he was transported to the hospital. At this time there has been no further information released about the accident, including the status of Merritt’s injuries and whether any charges or citations will be filed.
