People generally just overlook train accidents like this given the predictable nature of trains. Like any fatal accident, though, there needs to be answers. Loved ones deserve to know that details are slipping through the cracks just because no one is bothering to take the situation seriously. Maybe an investigation will reveal something unusual, or maybe nothing out of the ordinary occurred. At the end of the day, the evidence should be allowed to speak for itself.
