Waco, TX — July 19, 2026, a pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run accident at about 9:45 p.m. in the 1900 block of Colcord Avenue.

A preliminary accident report indicates that a gray Chevrolet Silverado was heading west when it hit a pedestrian near the intersection with North 20th Street without stopping.

The pedestrian, a 49-year-old man, was seriously injured in the crash, according to the report. His name has not been made public yet.
