Harris County, TX — September 24, 2025, one person was injured due to a hit-and-run accident that happened around 4:42 a.m. along Veterans Memorial Drive.
Initial details about the accident say that it happened just north of the Sam Houston Tollway.
According to officials, a 37-year-old man was on foot at the time walking on Veterans Memorial Drive. While doing so, a vehicle going southbound struck the man. That vehicle then left the scene.
The pedestrian reportedly was seriously injured. Authorities did not release any additional details about the accident.

This can help people in the community connect dots authorities otherwise couldn’t. Eventually, someone is bound to come forward with information that can lead to an identity and potentially accountable for the accident.
