Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

In my experience, pedestrian accidents too often get swept under the rug, as people don’t generally see them involving unusual circumstances that need close attention. But like any other kind of serious accident, there are people out there who deserve answers. That’s why it’s important to know whether or not authorities took the time and effort to properly investigate the accident. If they didn’t, there may need to be more thorough independent investigations to make sure nothing important slipped through the cracks.
