How Did This Accident Occur?

Reports aren’t really clear on exactly where this happened. It could have been someone walking on an interstate, or it may have been someone crossing at the light on the service road. Ultimately, it’s important to know how all of this could have been avoided, and that includes looking into everyone’s actions. Pedestrian location, visibility, vehicle speeds, cellphone usage, alcohol, etc. If authorities worked to preserve all of that, that would be good to hear. However, it would be the first time if this was a pedestrian accident that needed secondary independent investigations to truly give it the attention it deserved.
