Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Unfortunately, people tend to overlook pedestrian accidents and just write them off as open-and-shut. Like any serious accident, though, it’s important to let the evidence speak for itself. Something I’ve learned over the years is authorities don’t always treat accidents like this as a high priority. As a result, families often end up with more questions than answers unless there are independent investigators filling in the gaps. Were authorities here more diligent to ensure they could give the victim’s loved ones the answers they deserved?
