Fort Worth, TX — July 30, 2024, one person was killed following a pedestrian versus car accident at approximately 4:30 a.m. along I.H. 35W.
According to authorities, the accident took place between Belknap Street and Northside Drive in the southbound lanes of Interstate Highway 35W.
The cause of the accident remains unclear. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a collision took place between a pedestrian and a motor vehicle. The pedestrian suffered reportedly fatal injuries due to the accident. The vehicle which hit the pedestrian did stay at the scene and has apparently been cooperative with authorities.
