How Did This Accident Occur?

People tend to see pedestrian accidents in the area of a freeway and assume the pedestrian was in a place they shouldn’t have been. These reports, however, leave a lot of unanswered questions. Did this happen on the freeway, or on the service road? Was it at the traffic light? Was the pedestrian clearly visible? Did the truck driver have any way of avoiding the collision? Did this involve an emergency or intoxication? It’s important to know that investigators are considering all these angles. Otherwise, something important could slip through the cracks.
