Around August 13, 2026, one person was killed as the result of a work accident that happened off North Moorefield Road.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration released an inspection detail on the incident. It named “Osynergy Company, Llc” as the employer involved in the incident, and the above address appears to be for Osynergy Company. The work was classified as “Metal Tank (Heavy Gauge) Manufacturing.”

How Did This Accident Occur?

I find that a lot of families rightfully want their answers sooner rather than later, and that also tends to be what’s best for them navigating Texas work fatality law. I don’t see any reason right now why this incident would be an exception.
